The quality department is involved throughout all stages of production, from providing a review of plans during development stages, through to first article inspection and final inspection of all manufactured components.
Highlighting risks associated with manufacture is crucial to minimising disruption; when identified, the best preventative methods are developed to improve control of production methods, build in quality, and to ensure process consistency.
