Planning for successful manufacture
Lordgate’s dedicated Projects team develop a full plan for every project, taking into consideration all aspects of production from initial discussion, through to logistics to give a detailed look at what is involved at every stage of manufacture. The plan allows for projects to be assessed for capability and risk; early identification of potential difficulties affords the ability to prevent occurrence rather than needing to react to issues during critical stages.
Production is continually monitored to make sure it is in adherence with the project plan, and to identify any improvement opportunities. This information, as well as being communicated on a regular basis, can be supplied on an ad hoc basis if required; keeping the customer as up to date as they need to be.
