Restructure Announcement
To better represent the activities of
the company moving forward and maintaining the levels of competence within the
business, I am delighted to advise the following personnel changes.
John Crompton will assume the new position of Head of Proposals Engineering. This new position is vital in establishing accurate and defined information at the start of projects, to better enable the most efficient and economic use of the business resources.
Tom Hoyle has been promoted to Quality Manager and with his process improvement background will seek to fully integrate a more intuitive process based quality management system.
